The publication of the law book "Trademarks", published by Perlstein Ginnosar. The Honorable Professor David Libai wrote the introduction to this book.

July 2000:
Publication of the law book "Patent Law", published by Perlstein Ginnosar. The introduction to the book was written by the Honorable Chief Justice of the High Court (retired) Judge Meir Shamgar.

Publication of a law periodical in the field of intellectual property, in the name of and to memorialize the artist Rivka Friedman, called "Impressions in the pathway of intellectual property." The Honorable Registrar of Patents, Models and Trademarks, Dr. Meir Noam, wrote the introduction to the periodical.

January 2005:
